Anniversary Dinner

So today is our 3 year wedding anniversary. Although my husband and I both say that it feels like we have been married forever! lol. We first started dating way back in high school, who would have ever known we'd be where we are today! We have been together for 8 1/2 years and have lived together for 8 years. Yes we moved in together when we were 18 years old after only 6 months of dating!

So my in laws are coming over to watch the boys and we are going out to a nice dinner ALONE! I can't tell you how much I am looking forward to being able to sit there and enjoy my food and not keep telling someone to sit down and eat! LOL.

So, you ask how will I try and save money on a nice anniversary dinner? Well I found a $7 off coupon that I clipped, so that's a start (it will at least pay for the glass of wine I plan on getting! lol) I also plan to take back all of our cans and bottles today and use that money towards our dinner! The plus side to saving your bottles and cans is you look at that as extra money when you take them back. Since you already paid for the deposit you are only getting your money back, but that money is so long spent that it just seems like extra money when you get it back, which is always a plus!
