I just went to Shaws, bought $32 (presale prices) on the cereal and progresso soup and did NOT get the $15 back. Has anyone else had this not work for them based on the presale prices?
Hi Cindy, I'm sorry you didnt have any luck. It's being reported that some people aren't having any luck with it. It could be that this is the very first day of the sale so some things are not programmed in the system yet. What we are finding is that a lot of people that have purchased the Fiber One Cereal are having problems...did you happen to purchase Fiber One?
Also my suggestion for anyone that has this problem with your cats not printing out, if you really aren't happy just go to the CS desk and tell them oh I must have added wrong because I didn't get my cats. Then figure out what to do from there. Try not to bring to attention that it's based on pre-sale pricing. Just tell them you must have added it up wrong. We don't want to much attention to this and then have them fix it for future promotions.

So that must be it then! That darn fiber one! lol. Hmmm, give it a day or two and try again. I am always leary to go on day 1 because usually they are still inputting the sales items! And yes that's how I feel too, whenever I don't get my cats I say well it's still a good deal and little OOP so I just chalk it up to one loss! lol. well, my friend went to the same Shaws, got the Fiber One and it worked for her...hmmm...I'll make sure I go to a different register when I go back.
Good morning. How are others doing with presale prices? I bought 31 and change and did not get the $15 back. (no fiber one in the mix) I was able to just say I calculated wrong and customer service let me add to my order to bring it up to $30 sale price and get the cat. Wondering if others are having better luck?
Hi Erin, it's been mixed reviews some have had issues. It's very important to check that you got the correct sizes on everything that you bought too, sometimes Shaws misslabels their products. So I would just be sure to get what is exactly on the flyer. Good luck to you if you try more trips!

i have bought tons of stuff and only had a little trouble. the store was so busy that when i went to the service desk the msnager told the girl to just give me a 15.00 refund which they gave me in cash. i went again today to get diapers and see if i could get the 15.00 plus the 5.00 which i did when i did the deal again it wouldnt take the 5.00 baby purchase coupon the manger on duty hand rang it but tried to tell me that you couldnt use the coupons to make a a 16.00 order cost a 1.00 she said you had to have a large order to use all the coupons when i asked where it said it on the coupon she just shurged I dont think they have any idea the ad does say save 15 off next purchase theres no dollar amount. i still have 15 plus the 5.00 for baby stuff and when reading the 5.00 one it does say cant be combine with other offers maybe thats why it wouldnt go in or maybe ill try to get some more tommorrow even though i think there catching on
Hi, Are you hearing anything about the stores changing the prices to actual sale prices? I went the first day and did fine with presale items, then I went back Sat night and a little bit ago and did not receive the cats on the $30 presale prices.
It definitely was working on pre-sale prices for me. I went on Sunday (to the Shaws in Canton, CT) and did 4 different transactions. I got $15 in coupons each time, and successfully rolled them over on each transaction. I also got the $5 baby coupon in my Pampers transaction, but I haven't tried to spend it yet.
